We have an exciting new opportunity for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Administrative Assistant is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The Administrative Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management team; and participates in special projects.
The Administrative Assistant must have at least an Associate’s degree and two years of related experience. More Experience will be acceptable in lieu of education. The candidate must have strong skills in the suite of Microsoft office products and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
