Donating to Our Thrift ShopThe Sterling Club Thrift Shop provides a way for you to help consumers of mental health services and the general public purchase clothing, housewares and bric-a-brac at very low prices. Proceeds from the shop go to enhance the Sterling Club and for scholarships for Sterling Club members to attend mental health conferences and vacation outings. Is It For Me?If you have new or gently-used clothing for adults, housewares or bric-a-brac for which you are seeking a new home, the Sterling Club Thrift Shop may be for you. When you donate to the Thrift Shop, please provide an inventory of the items for tax purposes. Tax donation forms are available upon request. WhereThe Thrift Shop is located within the Sterling Club, and the entrance is on3 Summit Avenue For directions, please call (914) 949-1212 extension 225 or click here for How Can I Get Here? You may deliver the items to the Thrift Shop, or the Club is able to pick up larger items when space is available to store them in the Thrift Shop. Bulk donations can be picked up by appointment. WhenDonations can be dropped off Monday through Friday 9:30AM to 5:00PM. Pickups are scheduled during the same hours. Staff/Service ProvidersThe Shop operates under the umbrella of the Operations Unit. Staff and members work together in the daily operation of the Shop. Return to the top of the page.
