For individuals diagnosed with a mental illness, a place to call home is often the first step toward recovery.

Your donation will help MHA
to reach out to those most in need, advocate for individuals who have a
mental illness, provide direct services to individuals, families and
children, promote mental health and help to eliminate the stigma of mental
illness.
Contributions to MHA can be
made to a specific program or to help
support our ongoing work, and there are many ways to give:

MHA will send an acknowledgement to you and notify the individual honored
or the individual’s family.

personal and financial objectives. By establishing a planned gift, you can
help secure the future of MHA’s programs and services. You can name MHA as
a beneficiary of your will, life insurance policy or retirement plan, or
establish a trust or annuity that will provide you with income and
subsequently support MHA’s work. For

for businesses to make a charitable contribution to MHA including
sponsoring MHA’s annual Run/Walk!, annual benefit, or annual educational
conference, or by making a grant to one of MHA’s

low-cost clothing and essentials. Proceeds from the Thrift Shop are used for
recreational activities and education scholarships for Sterling Club
members. If you have
new or gently-used clothing for adults, house wares or bric-a-brac that
you would like to donate call 914-949-1212 ext. 225 or e-mail
help@mhawestchester.org.

distributes new, unwrapped gifts to hundreds of children, teenagers,
adults and seniors.
Individuals and organizations (churches, synagogues, scouting
troops) can help by purchasing gifts of food, clothing, household items or
toys that MHA matches to a child or family to make their personal wish
lists come true.
You
can also help by making a financial
contribution to support our efforts in making the holidays brighter for
those in need, or donate a store gift card that enables an individual to
shop for the holidays. Financial contributions
and gift cards for holiday outreach are welcome year round. To

Shopping Through iGive.com Support MHA while you shop. Many of your favorite on-line stores will donate a percentage of your purchase to MHA when you shop through iGive.com.
