Welcome | Services | Children/Adolescents 

Services for Children include:

  • Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) – CASA advocates for children who have been abused or neglected and are in foster care or at-risk for placement in foster care.
     
  • Services for Children with Serious Emotional and Behavioral Issues are available for children aged 5-17 whose serious emotional disturbance has resulted in hospitalization or places the child at risk of placement outside of the home.
     
  • Third Party Review assists the Westchester County Department of Social Services with case planning and permanency planning for children in foster care or in a court-directed placement.
