Information & Referral Services (I&R) is a telephone resource available to the public for information about mental health issues and resources in Westchester and nearby communities, and on MHA’s services.

Finding the Right Therapist for You provides information about what to expect in therapy and information for selecting a therapist who is a good fit for your needs.

Assistance with Grievances provides information and resources to help you resolve problems you have experienced with a licensed mental health agency in New York State.

Activities with Children Resource Guide offers information about a range of low- and no-cost activities to enjoy in Westchester.  

Benefits and Entitlements  offers information to help you access available benefits and entitlements.  The information focuses on benefits for individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness but is also of interest to others.  This section contains links to many Internet sites that provide additional information.
