1.
Responsible for program
operations, budget implementation, compliance with external accountability
sources, program monitoring, and continuous quality
improvement.

Participation in
meetings with community agencies and other service
providers.
3.
Management and assignment of
program referrals and providing administrative and clinical supervision to
program staff.
4.
Provision of community based
clinical and rehabilitative services which may include, but are not
limited to, assessment and treatment planning, individual, family and
group psychotherapy, crisis counseling, case management, and community
consultation and education.
Forty percent of time will be devoted to direct service and 60%
toward administrative duties, this may change based on program
needs.
5.
Facilitation of daily
morning team meetings.
6.
Reviewing vacation request
decisions and coverage issues.
7.
Monitoring the case list and
generating reports (e.g., TPR due).
8.
Following the established
clinic policies, agency policies and maintaining appropriate professional
standards.
9.
Providing after-hours
emergency coverage on a rotating basis with clinical staff via a paging
system.
10.
Other related
duties.
