Our Housing ServicesOur Housing Services are dedicated to assisting adults who have a psychiatric disability to increase their ability to live independently. In an atmosphere of mutual trust and understanding, the programs teach and reinforce the skills that residents need to live in the community environment of their choice with the necessary level of support. Learn about our Home at Last Campaign and make a difference to those in need. Rutherford House Apartment Treatment Program provides transitional housing for 19 women who are 18 years or older and who have a serious mental illness. Men who are interested in a treatment apartment or a congregate treatment program should contact the Westchester County Department of Mental Health at 914-995-5220 for an application. We reserve four program slots for persons who are 18 to 22 years old and three slots for individuals enrolled in MHA's Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program.
