Built in 1838, this mansion, a National Trust Historic Site, features a fine collection of decorative arts.

This restored 19th century estate was once the home of author Washington Irving, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”

Philipsburg Manor
This Dutch Colonial house, working gristmill and farm, restored to the period 1720-1750, belonged to the wealthy
Philipse family. You can see what happened at an 18th century mill -- how the gristmills worked, how barrels were
made, how grains were separated by “threshing”, and what life was like back then. Tours and special events are featured.
