MHA Celebrates Launch of New Driving Towards Resilience Program
MHA held ribbon-cutting ceremonies in Westchester and Rockland to celebrate the launch of Driving Towards Resilience, an innovative program delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to populations in need who face common barriers to care. Driving Towards Resilience engages individuals throughout the Hudson Valley who experience limited access to behavioral health services due to lack of transportation, telehealth technology, or insurance, as well as those who speak a language other than English.

Honorable Mary F. Foster Named President of MHA Board of Directors
MHA is pleased to announce the recent appointment of the Honorable Mary F. Foster, CPA, retired partner from Deloitte, and former Mayor of Peekskill, to the role of President of its Board of Directors. A long-time, dedicated member of the MHA Board of Directors since 1992, Foster has held a number of positions on the Executive Committee, including Treasurer and Vice President, as well as President of the Board in 2005 and 2006.

Court Appointed Special Advocates Program Expands Services to Putnam County
MHA is pleased to announce that its Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program has received approval from the National CASA/guardian ad litem Board of Trustees to expand services to Putnam County and serve more youth currently in, or at risk of placement in, the child welfare system.
