Charlotte Ostman, LCSW-R
As Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Ostman is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization, corporate development, business operations and strategy. She earned her BS from Cornell University and an MSW from New York University. She has extensive administrative and clinical experience developing and delivering Behavioral Healthcare in various community based medical settings. Special areas of interest include crisis intervention, integration of medical and behavioral health, value based reimbursement and telehealth.
Stacey Roberts, LCSW
As the Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Roberts helps oversee the welfare and health of the organization while executing strategic initiatives to ensure ongoing corporate stability and growth in response to the dynamic healthcare environment. She has extensive operations and clinical experience across a wide variety of settings. She maintains executive oversight of all program operations and has been instrumental in the development, expansion, and implementation of all services and programs. Ms. Roberts, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has spent the last 20 years in progressively more administrative roles with experience running direct services. She currently serves on the Mid Hudson Regional Planning Consortium Board, Healthfirst's Westchester Behavioral Health Advisory Board and the Advisory Panel for the Pace University Lubin School of Business Design Thinking Certificate Program. She earned her MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work and a post graduate certificate in the treatment of interpersonal trauma from Fordham University.
Barbara Bernstein, PhD, MPH
As Chief Planning Officer, Dr. Bernstein is a member of MHA’s Executive team, planning and executing the agency’s strategic objectives. Dr. Bernstein focuses specifically on MHA’s external relations, staff development, community education, Development and Communications. She has played a key role in agency-wide ‘transformations’ including Person-Centered care, Trauma Informed care, and suicide prevention, intervention and postvention work. Dr. Bernstein, a licensed Psychologist, holds a BA in Psychology from Cornell University, PhD in Psychology from the Graduate Center of City University of New York, an MPH in Health Policy and Management from the Mailman School of Columbia University, and a postgraduate certificate in the Treatment of Child and Family Sexual Abuse from Fordham University. She Co-Chairs the Westchester County Suicide Prevention Task Force and Co-Facilitator of the Suicide Fatality Review Team, is a member of the Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES Suicide Prevention Leadership Team and Regional Crisis Team, and has served as Co-Chair of the NYS Suicide Intervention Skills Training Consortium. She is currently a member of the NYS Frontline Workers Workgroup and has served as a member of the New York State Department of Education Advisory Committee on Mental Health Education in Schools.
Courtney Beach
As Chief Digital, Compliance and Privacy Officer, Ms. Beach ensures that digital initiatives support MHA's strategic priorities and utilizes digital innovation as a catalyst for agency growth. Responsible for establishing new ways of working in support of these values, Ms. Beach also leverages digital advancements in other industries to drive innovation in health care. Ms. Beach has worked in healthcare for more than 15 years and has extensive expertise in practice and operations management, compliance, workflow redesign and implementing and optimizing functionality within Electronic Health Records. She earned a BS from LeMoyne College.
Dottie Ann Stevenson, Ed.D., sHRBP
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Dr. Stevenson oversees all aspects of human resources operations, from talent recruitment, payroll, benefits, compensation, retention, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion and equity, and developing and implementing HR strategies in alignment with MHA’s mission and vision. Dr. Stevenson is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as MHA’s policies and contractual obligations. With over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Dr. Stevenson has worked in corporate, non-profit and union environments. Dr. Stevenson holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Audrey C. Cohen College, a Master’s of Science in Education from Fordham University and a Doctorate of Education with an emphasis on executive leadership from St. John’s Fisher College.
Jordania Estrella, LCSW-R, CASAC-G
As the Chief Clinical Officer, Ms. Estrella is responsible for executive oversight of all aspects of clinic and mobile clinical program operations, including executing and sustaining clinical strategic initiatives. Ms. Estrella has more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, with a broad range of technical, financial, and operational knowledge. Ms. Estrella earned her MSW from Adelphi University School of Social Work and has completed two post-graduate certification programs at NYU. A Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with a specialty in gambling treatment, Ms. Estrella is presently completing a PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology.
